I had an accidental discharge of a dry chemical fire extinguisher in my basement and contacted SERVPRO of Aurora for help.  The receptionist, was as nice, understanding, and helpful as could be.  She immediately put me in contact with the project manager, for assistance.
SERVPRO of Aurora came out to my house and gave us an estimate within 30 minutes of my phone call.The estimate was completed within 15 minutes, scheduled and dispatched a team to perform the cleanup the next day.  Sam's team arrived and had the whole mess cleaned up within hours.  He even paid us a personal visit to ensure our satisfaction with the project.

The pipe on my sump pump split and flooded my finished basement. I call Nick at SERVPRO of Aurora and the response was immediate. Cliff and Joe came out that day and took care of the mess. Oh my gosh where do I began, Nick and Cliff are two of the most professional young men I have ever met responded quicker than jimmy johns on a Tuesday afternoon and they're freaky fast, all jokes aside during such a stressful time they were very understanding and easy to work with I would recommend these guys any day of the week really professional and well organized 2 thumbs up !

Amazing and professional service. SERVPRO of Aurora took the call right away when our swamp cooler froze this winter. There was water damage in our attic, upper and lower levels. SERVPRO of Aurora was at my home almost instantly and started cleanup/drying work right away. Time was of the essence to prevent as much water damage as possible. SERVPRO of Aurora was amazing cleaning up after a major flood where 4 apartments were affected by heavy water damage.  They took control and within an hour had the whole situation under control.  Not only did they help with the water damage, they moved the residents to other units.  I would recommend them 100%, they will be there and be knowledgeable about what needs to be done.  I would definitely call them for any issues in the future.
