Flooded Basement in Aurora, CO

We arrived onsite to find a sewer back up in a basement that ended up affecting a few areas of the house, including an entire bedroom, the connecting bathroom, the HVAC hall, and a portion of their living room. We started by removing carpet and tack strips in the bedroom, the closet and the portion of the living room. We steam extracted all rooms and set up drying equipment while awaiting on our asbestos test results in order to perform flood cuts, followed by an additional steam extract. The following day we returned for an equipment check with the go ahead to start doing our demo on the affected walls. After the demo was completed, we did one more steam extract and then let all the affected areas dry for one more day.
